µTorrent is the world's most popular BitTorrent client. Most of the features present in other BitTorrent clients are present in µTorrent, including bandwidth prioritization, scheduling, RSS auto-ing and Mainline DHT (compatible with BitComet). Additionally, µTorrent s the Protocol Encryption t specification (compatible with Azureus 2.4.0.0 and above, BitComet 0.63 and above) and peer exchange. µTorrent was written with efficiency in mind. Unlike many torrent clients, it does not hog valuable system resources. Various icon, toolbar graphic and status icon replacements are available, and creating your own is very simple. µTorrent also has for localization, and with a language file present, will automatically switch to your system language. If your language isn't available, you can easily add your own, or edit other existing translations to improve them!

File s Location and Performance: By Default, uTorrent Portable will files to uTorrentPortable\Data\s and store torrents in uTorrentPortable\Data\torrents. To change this, enter the options and enter the path \ for the root directory of your portable device, \Documents for the documents directory on your device, \Documents\s for the X:\Documents\s directory, etc. Note that ing files directly to a flash drive may slow down your other running portable apps. uTorrent does not relative paths, so moving paths will require readjusting your and torrent file locations manually.
